The last week of my life has been exciting, exhausting, and exhilarating. At a certain moment during all this, the importance of photography hit me. Without it, I would not have been able to capture these amazing moments in life, which will now be remembered forever.

She was born Aug 17, 2015. 7lb 11oz.
The camera I used for this first day was the Sony A7r II with a 15-35mm lens. I wanted something with image stabilization, great in low light, and wide if needed. The full-frame just made sense.
These photos look like Kodachrome from the RNI Film Simulators, except for the B&W, which was VSCO.
I’ll do my best to keep this blog from becoming the photos of my baby blog! Unless, of course, people respond well to it.
