The Hoodman Steel UHS-II memory card is a fairly new card and brand to join the ranks of UHS-II cards. In terms of speed and performance, it performs very close to the Transcend UHS-II cards or the Fujifilm UHS-II cards, except it's read speeds are a touch slower.  If you're looking for a good card that will function well for UHS-II cameras, then the Hoodman cards will show significant performance over UHS-I cards or even older UHS-II cards like the Lexar 1000x. 

Toshiba SD memory card were hard to find for a while and when you could find them they were way over priced. The company was in limbo and there was a lot of uncertainty with the brand. That doesn't mean the Toshiba UHS-II memory cards are not amazing. They are often the best performing cards among those that I test, even though they are rated only at 260MB/s. Best of all they are now easy to find on Amazon and are priced very competitively.

The Samsung Pro+ SD Memory card is Samsung's best memory card and also a top performer. Compared to the best Kingston and Sandisk cards it's right up there in performance. The only problem with this card is it does have some compatibility issues with XAVC S or 4k video in Sony cameras. Because of that, it's not a great card to be used with Sony. In all of my tests I haven't seen any issues like this with any other cameras.
