Indonesia is known as the land of 1000 temples. After going there you quickly learn why. They are everywhere. This photo is of the Tanah Lot Temple in Bali. It's one of the famous ones and it's pretty cool. There was a little restaurant overlooking the temple just out of frame to the left of this photo. We sat there and had a few drinks and some food as we watched the sun go down. Then when it got low enough I went back to get a good view from across the temple. This whole area is very pretty. It's a great spot to go shoot if you're a photographer since you can get several amazing photos.
Side Note About This Blog
You'll probably notice I shoot a lot of HDR (High Dynamic Range) photos and a lot of regular photos. You'll know what is what by how I call out the photo. I'll either say "today's photo" or "today's HDR photo." Another way you'll know is how I tag it below the photo. I always tag my HDR's with HDR Photography which shows up in the in to the right. I also will tag the location of where the photo was shot and the lens I used. I currently don't tag the camera since I always shoot with the 5Dmkii. I'm currently working on an upgrade for my posts where I can also tag the software used and maybe even some techniques.
