Recommended SD Cards For Sony A7c II
The Sony A7c II has a single SD card slot that will utilize UHS-II V90 cards. Unlike its bigger brother the Sony A7IV, the A7c II does not have dual memory card slots and does not support CFexpress Type A Memory Cards.
While V90 UHS-II cards will be the fastest SD cards for the Sony A7c II, you will only need them when shooting at the maximum bitrate of 600Mbps, or with S&Q slow motion. Any bitrate of 480Mbps or lower can work fine with V60 cards and you can find some pretty significant cost savings shooting at the lower bitrate with a more efficient H.265 codec which Sony labels XAVC HS.
For photoshooters, V90 cards will give you improved speeds when clearing the buffer (useful when bursting at 10fps with 33MP).
