The Samsung EVO card is one of Samsung’s slowest cards. It’s also a fairly old card as the new models of the EVO cards put out some decent performance.
I wouldn’t buy this card since there are so many better options out there at great prices with superior performance. I would even take the Sandisk Ultra card over this one.
The Samsung EVO U1 UHS-I Memory Card Sizes
The Samsung EVO U1 card can be found in two sizes, 32GB and 64GB. There are new versions of the EVO cards but they almost all are of the Micro SD variant.

Real World Memory Card Performance
In real world memory card performance, this card is pretty bad. It performs about the same as the Sandisk Ultra with in-camera tests but it’s USB 3.0 read and write speeds are significantly slower than the Ultra card when tested in the best uhs-II USB 3.0 memory card readers.
|Memory Card Name||USB 3.0 Read||USB 3.0 Write|
|Samsung EVO U1 SD Memory Card||47.7 MB/S||27.3 MB/S|
