While driving home from San Francisco a few weeks ago, my wife and I stopped by that spot where the elephant seals hang out just outside of Big Sur. These things were everywhere, spread out miles in each direction. That’s good since they were very endangered at one point, which I understand. These are probably the ugliest seals I’ve ever seen.
Elephant Seals – X100T
I had the X100T with me for my camera, which I put on a tripod. The sunset gave the scene a nice, calming color, and the Velvia profile made it even nicer.
The technique I used to process these was the same one I used here. However, if I were to redo these, I would probably use Iridient since it is so nicer for Fuji RAW files.
